Our Adelaide Airport hire car service provides rental vehicles for travellers.
Yes, full payment is required at time of making booking.
Our car rental services offer a variety of vehicles, including compact cars, sedans, SUVs and people mover.

Requirements include a full valid driver’s license which must be valid for rental period.  We do not rent cars to Learner, P1 and P2 license holders. 

All vehicles come with complementary insurance cover that reduces excess to $4000 , however States Car Rental also offer optional insurance coverage that can be added to your rental to lower excess to $1000 or even $0.
States Car Rental offers roadside assistance to help in case of breakdowns or emergencies.
You can often extend your rental period if needed, please contact us to ensure availability.
We charge a minimum-security bond of $400 to ensure the protection of our valuable vehicles. If the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition, we will refund you the bond. It may take approximately 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Yes, you can however, an English – translated version is required, and international driver’s permit may be asked, and we will need to have copy of your passport.
Yes, you will need to show it on your app and email it to our office.
Depending on the age of your child traveling with you in a car in Australia, by regulation, you may require either a child seat or a booster seat for your child. Both the baby and booster seats are available for hire from us.
We do not rent vehicles to individuals under the age of 21 and over 75 . Must hold full open license.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting us. To receive a full refund of your booking, you must provide notice of cancellation 7 days  in advance.  if you provide notice of cancellation more than 24 Hours prior to rental start date you will receive 50% refund.  If cancellation is less than 24 hours there will be no refund. 

Vehicle must be returned to its original location of pick up.
Please contact our office immediately on 08 8465 1728, However we do not refund if the flight been cancelled or there is change of mind.
Please obey traffic rules when driving. If there is traffic infringement or parking fines, you will be required to pay fine to Australian authority and an administration fee for handling the paperwork involved.
